ETNA SOUTH 3000 MT WITH WINE TASTING

With this excursion you will discover a geological landscape absolutely unique in the world. Walking along the picturesque slopes of the highest volcano in Europe which with its 3350mt. dominates eastern Sicily, we will reach the station of “Rifugio Sapienza“, at 1900mt. Ascension by cable car up to 2500mt. With the assistance of authorized Alpine Guides of the CAI (Italian Alpine Club), continuation on an off-road vehicle to the summit crater area, at about 3000mt.

In the afternoon, guided tour of an Etna wine cellar, tasting of two types of Etna DOC wines, two types of IGT wines, a Spumante wine, tasting of Evo oil, three types of pâté, tasting of cheeses and cold cuts, bread, olives, “pane cunsatu” and 1/2 mineral water.
